Farmer Wins Cattle Bedding Court Case

Animal regulations in Europe cover almost everything, including the quality of the straw your cows lay upon. In this case it seems the UK "county mounties" got a little carried away and proved they didn't really know the business or rules they were paid to enforce, resulting in a court case that was sheer "bureaucratic lunacy".
